Hello, I am Alan Randall and ably assisted by my daughter Natasha, we make up RCS.  I live in Torrington, North Devon.  For a number of years my hobby has been 'experimenting' on my own computers, and I have now built up a good working knowledge.  I know of people who have paid 3 figure sums to have their operating systems and other software installed, which I could have done for free!  I am more than happy to help anyone if I can.

I specialise in re-installation of operating systems and software, catering for the older machine (pre-Vista).  Subject to your computers' specification, I could upgrade the operating system and add the following:-:- Office, Photo Editing, CD/DVD Burning, Website Building software.  I can also multi boot (add up to four separate operating systems) which can mean family members could each have their own.  If one system becomes unusabe through a virus etc, the others are not affected.  I can also assist with building a website.  All at no cost to yourself.
